Spend an unforgettable relaxing holiday in my luxurious villa, set in an elevated position with stunning sea views over the Bay of Salerno. It is a heaven of peace and tranquility surrounded by enchanting olive trees, lemon trees and vineyards. On the ground floor is a large open space with a cozy living room with fireplace, a spacious dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Amenities include a large electric oven, large fridge + freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, wine cellar and even a real built-in pizza oven. The private outdoor dining space - great for barbecues - is surrounded by a lush garden. On this floor there's also an extra bathroom and a fully-equipped launderette. On the 1st floor you'll find 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. In total there are 2 double beds and 1 twin bed (which can be made into a double). Also on this level is a secluded solarium with a pool featuring a small waterfall and a characteristic pedestrian stone bridge. A hot shower, hydro-massage, sun beds, umbrellas and towels are all provided. And don't forget to watch the sun set from our rooftop terrace. The ideal spot for a glass of wine or 2... WE HAVE THE LITTLE oooiiooiiooooooioooooooi The villa is located less than 1 mile from Sant’Agata, the nearest town-center, and can be reached by car in 5 mins! There local amenities can be found such as a supermarket, cafés, banks, pharmacy, car rental agency etc. And of course restaurants, including the renowned Michelin-starred Don Alfonso 1890! The villa is right next to a big guest-favourite, the farmhouse Fattoria Terranova. Here yummy breakfast, lunch and dinner is served daily. All food is made with fresh seasonal ingredients grown on their farm. Local bus lines from and to Sorrento (30 minutes one-way) and the Amalfi Coast make a stop in Sant’Agata village. Nearby Torca village can be reached by a 10-min walk. And for any hikers and adventure lovers, the Crapolla Fiord can be reached through Torca. Local pebble beaches of Nerano Bay, La Conca del Sogno and Puolo are only a short drive away and offer spectacular settings as well as "all you need", that is parking, food facilities, renting of sunbeds and umbrellas etc. Naples Airport of Capodichino (NAP) is about 1 hour drive from the villa or can be reached by a direct bus from Sorrento. Ferries to Capri, Ischia, Procida, Naples and the Amalfi coast depart daily from the Port of Marina Grande in Sorrento. Walking to San't Agata takes 15 min and is both up- and downhill, so not ideal for older people or with smaller children. Therefore we DO recommend you come by car for the convenience. And if you're a bigger group definitely consider renting 2 small-medium cars rather than 1 large. (vans are not recommended!) However it's not necessary to have a car - in fact many of our guests didn't and they thoroughly enjoyed the hassle-free experience. We'd happily help arrange taxis for you.
